• A bug that caused manual data uploaded to not be properly processed on the device’s graph page was fixed.
• A bug regarding RFL data loggers only that caused incorrect sensor serial mappings on the sensors page of a device was fixed.
• A bug regarding PDF reports including additional characters in the report date range was fixed.
• A bug that caused the timestamp to not respect the timestamp account format in PDF reports for excursion events was fixed.

• A bug regarding readings above 999.9 not being displayed on the logger’s screen was fixed.
• A bug regarding settings not being changed properly when device settings are changed was fixed.
• A bug regarding the exported LOJ files not containing channel thread IDs was fixed.
• A bug regarding incorrect Epoch/date timestamps in log files was fixed.
• A bug regarding server errors being caused when data loggers are re-registered to DicksonOne was fixed.
• A bug that caused intermittent issues regarding data exports not containing data was fixed.

Enhancements

• A factory reset functionality was introduced.
• Logged events on the data logger now utilize the RTC timestamp.
• Data loggers now support exporting data using exFAT formatted USB drives.
• Data logger screen display error messages were updated to provide better context.

Networking

This firmware includes a required update to migrate RFL data logger traffic from The Things Network version 2 to version 3.

• A bug regarding the Twilio integration throwing an error page when having to re-verify the connection was fixed.
• A bug regarding audible alarms only sending an alarm value to the tenth place for differential pressure sensors was fixed.
• A bug regarding SSO URL redirects on the DicksonOne sign-in page was fixed.

New Sensors

Backend work was completed to support the development of new sensors such as CO2 and 4-20 milliamp.

Follett Integration

An integration for Follett equipment was released.

This is not applicable to DicksonOne devices and only applies to customers that use third-party equipment from Follett.

Helmer Integration

An integration for Helmer equipment was released.

This is not applicable to DicksonOne devices and only applies to customers that use third-party equipment from Helmer.

Performance and Security

Authentication is now required to view reports in DicksonOne when accessing a report from emailed reports.

User Experience

• A new alerts report was released that allows users to run reports for alerts.
• A new daily temperature report was released focused on vaccine monitoring where daily AM and PM temperature logs will be reported as well as the daily min and max.
• The Manage Devices table was updated to include a column for Last Reading to indicate a timestamp for the most recent data point that was reported by a device.
• Helper text was added to alarm schedules when building custom alarms and alarm templates.
• Updates to the REST API were made to support a new mobile app development project as well as make improvements to the REST API. The REST API is optional to use and it is not applicable to the general use of DicksonOne and validated customers.

• A bug that caused the dew point channel to be displayed in monitoring points was fixed. 
• A bug that displayed extra characters in the alarm template’s delete confirmation pop-up was fixed. 
• A bug that prevented RF devices that are archived from receiving a new registration code was fixed.
• A bug that prevented the audible alarm from not clearing successfully when alarm templates are unapplied from RF loggers was fixed. 
• A bug that prevented pre-existing alarm templates from respecting changes made to an alarm schedule was fixed.

Performance and Security

• Security updates were made to the system.
• Performance improvements were made to the events page.

User Experience

• Support for Tektelic LoRa gateways was added to support third-party infrastructure components.
• Helper text was added to the manage gateways page.
• A firmware tab was added to the RF device settings page to provide firmware information.
• The acceptable temperature low limit was expanded to - 328 Fahrenheit / -200 Celsius.

This release marks the initial production release for the RFG 1.2.0 production firmware.

Third-Party Integrations

• New infrastructure was added to support third-party integrations.

Performance and Security

• Performance updates have been made to the events page.
• Security updates were made to caching of API endpoints.
• Auto-complete has been disabled on the DicksonOne user login page and create an account page.

User Experience Improvements

• Languages were added to introduce French and Spanish translations to DicksonOne.
• Email Preferences are now its own tab in ‘My Profile.’
• The Korea country code was added to the list of country codes for phone numbers in DicksonOne.
• The RF Logger export verbiage was changed from “default” (CSV and LOJ) to “both” (CSV and LOJ). 
• The delete action for RF Gateways was moved from the Manage Gateways page to the Gateway settings page.  
• The RF logger low-battery alarm messaging in events was updated to provide concise wording.
• Users who are owners are no longer able to delete themselves from their own accounts.
• Password tips were added to the user invite password page as well as the create an account page to provide better guidance to users.
