Change in Behavior

• Development removed redundant logging from the API logger middleware

User Experience

• Provided a warning banner for when users select a time within day-lights savings and the export cannot be created
• Refined the warning banner for when a subscription has expired on an account to alert users that functionality may be limited when not on a subscription plan
• The footer has been moved to the left navigation bar to offer a more consistent view on every page
• Configuration settings within the Device Settings page have been reordered so that settings that are most often used are placed towards the top versus the bottom of the page

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that prevented Internet Explorer from loading the Manage Devices page correctly
• Fixed a bug that caused notification policies to not be removed  appropriately from device alarms so that proper removal is reflected
• Restored the confirmation dialogue box for when a user is deleted to ensure that users are warned before taking action to delete a user
• Users can now remove the roles assigned to contacts within the contact book so that the users do not get alerted if they were once part of a role tied to alarms

Features

• Enhanced the Manage Devices page by adding clickable titles to the grid so that users can click on a Device Name or Location Name and be directed to the corresponding page
• Added Firmware Updates to the Manage Devices page to allow users to manage and control firmware updates for 1 or many devices all at once, which includes applying firmware settings as well as updating the devices
• Add SHA-256 fingerprint algorithm support for SSO to support additional Identity Providers such as Okta

• Fixed a bug so that users can now use the Export My Account feature on the Device Export page
• Fixed a bug to prevent users from selecting a future date for Exports
• Fixed a bug regarding Notification Policies not being rendered when a second Custom Alarm is built on a device

User Experience

• The Norway telephone code was added into the drop-down options for when a user is adding a telephone number for Users and Contacts
• The interface has been refined by introducing background layers to cards and enhancing colors throughout pages
• Verbiage in Notification Policies was synchronized across the interface when creating Alarms and Notification Policies
• The Critical Firmware banner was removed regarding an October DicksonOne message to users
• User Timeout session when enabled now requires a value of 1 or greater and a negative value cannot be used
• Audible Alarms messaging as part of notification policies was changed to be more clear in the Events tab
• Reference lines on the Device graph are now visible to all users

Features

• Users can now reassign ownership of reoccurring reports when a user who created the report is deleted form the account. This does not update the recipients on the report and to make changes to the recipients the report must be updated.

User Experience

• The new DicksonOne interface designs have been released.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an ongoing issue with erroneously reported low-power transmission periods the caused notifications to be delayed for not reporting alarms.

• Fixed a bug that caused the export feature to not auto-populate the date range to the same time frame as the graph is displaying.
• Fixed a bug that caused our ‘alarm back to normal’ email to not display the channel that returned back to normal.

• The DicksonOne navigation bar is displayed as a left vertical navigation bar to be more intuitive and less crowded.
• Monitoring Points was introduced as part of the main landing page with a sub-tab called ‘Locations.’
• The Alarms page is renamed ‘Alerts.’
• We introduced ‘Excursions’ as an Alert type to lay out the groundwork that will allow users to decide if the alert type should be an ‘Excursion’ or a ‘Warning’ in the near future.

• Updated RTC fallback time to 1/8/2019 midnight GMT
• Added functionality to update RTC fallback time to time of most recent message from D1
• Fixed issue where replaceable sensors with different sensor types couldn’t properly replace one another.

Audible Alarms

• Sound Alarms are now called Audible Alarms

UI/UX Enhancements

• ‘Suspend User’ has been moved from the User management page to the User edit page
• Made a change to the Calibration page so that the Last Reported On time stamp corresponds to the user’s time zone settings
• When a user is deleted from the system, in the audit trail they are captured by name and no longer as ‘Unknown user’

Mobile

• Fixed an issue with locations on the mobile app via iOS
• We’ve improved stability within the Android Device

Device Default Settings

• Account Managers are now able to control Default Device Settings and can take advantage of applying bulk updates across multiple devices in the Manage Devices page
• Can apply them to a single device when you visit a Device’s Settings page or to multiple devices in the Manage Devices page

• Adjust real-time clock’s offset to account for drift (mainly for TSBs or TWE/TWPs used without DicksonOne)
• Changed default sample rate to 5 minutes instead of 1 minute

• Resolved bug where battery may be drained too quickly.
